Hi Santosh Yes you can do PHD after MCA or Msc IT but you have to qualify NET exam with valid marks for PHD. The eligibility criteria to join Ph.D after MCA=> you have to complete your MCA with 55% marks for computer science/IT and give NET exam. In NET exam have to get valid marks for Ph.D adm
