Can I enrol for NCC in 4th semester of B.Tech?

My college does not NCC facilities.

    I appreciate that you want to join NCC. It's a good thinking to join NCC. You can join NCC in 4th semester, but to join NCC, you need to take the NCC special entry exam. The eligibility needed for applying for the exam is mentioned below:
    Eligibility needed for the NCC special entry:The candidate should have a citizenship of India.The age limit needed is 19-25 years. The martial status states that only unmarried/male candidate can apply. The educational qualification needed, the candidate should have completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate.
