Can I enroll myself in MBA program without submitting the provisional certificate?

I have completed my graduation last year with 71% marks. Now, I wish to pursue MBA. I need to apply for my provisional certificate online and it takes a maximum of 3 months to get the certificate.

    Yes, you can. Generally, MBA colleges do give you time frame periods to submit your documents.
