Can I enter aviation industry as a commercial pilot after completing diploma in engineering and technology(10+3) ?

Since you hv not completed grade 12 with pcm so you may look for SPL (Student Pilot License) first. Check the complete info here

As per DGCA minimum qualification to become Commercial Pilot is PCM at +2 stage. If you have done Diploma in Engineering after 10th class then you are not eligible to become a Commercial pilot.

I have contacted a flying school for that,
they told me to get the certification from National board of university , Delhi....

yes you can do pilot training from any institue in india after 10th. but for getting the licence you have to be 12th pass with Physics and Maths. you can do it with NOS easily and itbis valid for it. all the best

But cant I get equivalency for my diploma, as it is equivalent. But I dont know about dgca.

Yes, you can do pilot training from any institute in India after 10th. But for getting the licence, you have to pass 12th with physics and maths. You can do it with NIOS easily as it is valid for it.
