Can I expect a call from IIMs in my 2nd attempt of CAT 2016?

My academic grades are too poor. Class 10 - 37.5%, Class 12 - 53.2% Graduation- 53.33% If I score a 100% or 99.99% in CAT 2016, can I expect a call from IIMs?

You cannot get an IIM call. You do not meet the minimum requirement i.e. of class tenth.

Sorry but you are not eligible for any of the IIMs. I would suggest please don't waste another year and take admission in any good college.
