With this AEEE rank of 7000+ you can get ECE department with a minimal chance of not getting it. It is better if you get it in Coimbatore campus rather than Bangalore campus of Amrita.

With  this rank around 10177 in AEEE, getting core CSE in slab 1 may be difficult because CSE seats usually close at better ranks. However, you may still have chances for CSE specializations or ECE depending on seat availability and counselling rounds.
