If you are of general category, then possibility of getting a call is very less.

Cutoff for SC category usually varies between 10-25 percentile, so you have decent chances of getting a call.

It depends on the number of applications received and accordingly may vary. You can see the last year trends for various categories.These were : General- 79.31, OBC- 15.18, SC- 9.36, ST- 0.97.
