Every year, the rank or cut-off criteria changes based on the no. of applicants. College doesn't reveal it. But it is assumed that it will be near to previous year's cut-off.

Yes, you can get a seat in NIT-Warangal. Branches you may get are civil, chemical, metallurgy and biotechnology.
