Can I expect to get a seat in National Institute of Engineering, Mysore with ranking of 4264 in Karnataka PGCET for mechanical?

Definitely it is possible to get into NIE with 4264 ranking. But, with this score you are eligible for better colleges. I would suggest you to look into better colleges than NIE. And if you wish to study in Mysore itself, then try for SJCE till the last round. There are chances.
