Can I expect to get admission in any IIT or NIT to pursue M.Tech in electronics engineering as my GATE score is 369?

It is difficult to get admission in IIT or NIT with such a score, but you can try for the VLSI system. And, if you just want to get in to the IIT, you should try for project management.
