Can I expect to get through admission if I wait till the 3rd cap round? I am an OMS and my MH CET score was 105 (91.91 percentile).

Since its 91.91 percentile I feel you have a good chance of getting through CAP. But it would be risky to wait till 3rd Cap. I can suggest you one thing get an admission through PGDBM and when you get admission through CAP you can switch to MMS course later.
