For the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) 2024, candidates must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31, 2024. Since your date of birth is 27-10-2007, you will be 17 years old before the specified date and eligible to apply for the B Pharmacy course through HPCET.
