Can I fill the application form for Karnataka NEET PG Counselling offline?

No, the KEA application form were available online only. Applications sent by post or any other mode were not accepted. To participate in the counselling of KEA NEET PG 2024, a candidate must possess a domicile certificate of Karnataka state. For a domicile certificate to be valid it needs to be signed by any of the higher authorities mentioned in the guidelines issued by the KEA.
