Can I fill the application form of UID on the last day of form submission?

Yes, Monika definitely you can submit the application on the last day, but I will suggest if you are confirm of giving the UID entrance exam then try to apply before cause on the last day so many things can go wrong.

Dear Monika, Its a suggestion for your future guidance, never wait for the last day for anything in your life. Not only to apply somewhere but also submission of your assignments. Because may be some technical glitch or anything wrong happens on the same day then you will miss the train. So always g

Yes, you can, But UID does not have too much so it s better to apply as soon as possible and reserve your seat if you are planning for Unitedworld Institute of Design.

http://www.karnavatiuniversity.com/uid/download-application-form/ I don't understand why you would want to wait till the very last day. Its risky and so many things can go wrong. You also need to pay the fees. If you choose to pay via demand draft, it takes time. I suggest do it ASAP.
