Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Yes, you are eligible for both the above U. P. S. C. exams based on your educational qualification as the required qualification for these examination is that student must have completed your Bachelor degree course with any stream from a recognised university. UPSC exam only required graduation. If you completed graduation then you are eligible for it. But you have to study for it in full determination Beacuse its not like a cakewalks. Union public service Commission conducts different exams at different levels of academics. For appearing in this exam, aspirant have Bachelor degree from a recognised university. BFA is a Bachelor degree, so you are eligible for this exam. UPSC also conducts exam like CDS for this service you have a Bachelor degree. For NDA you have only 12th class pass out eligibility.
