I hope not.
According to the latest notification announced by CBSE in the last week of Nov. 2018, candidates with at least 75% marks in the 12th class are eligible for even appearing in the JEE Main exam.
Earlier it was expected that candidates with less than 75% in the CBSE board will be eligible

Hello Harshit,
Yes, you can fill the form of JEE Mains but for admission in NIT or IIT, you have to score more than 75% marks in class 12th or be in top 20 percentile in your board for taking admission.

No through JEE marks, you can't get admission in any state government college as you have to appear separately for their own exam such as UPSEE, WBJEE, COMED-K, KCET and many more.
