Can I fly for other country airline but studying in india? If I am not getting job in india, then can I go to other country to fly there?

It depends a lot on the airline and the training of the particular pilot.
I give you practically 0 chance at Lufthansa since they only accept german-speaking pilots trained at their own academy.
