Can I get a bank managing job after completing BBA or do I need to do an MBA?

Hi Sourav, The minimum eligibility criteria for PO (Probationary Officer) jobs under IBPS examination is graduation. The IBPS is the umbrella organisation which conducts one common entrance exam for entry level positions (Probationary Officer Cadre) for Public Sector banks in India. Similarly, SBI

You are eligible to appear for Probationary Officer Examination for a job in public sector banks after BBA. If you crack PO exam then with a few year's of experience, you will become a bank manager. Private sector banks prefer MBA for management roles.
