Can I get a call for MBA HR? I have 88.25 percentile in MAT and score of 144 in CMAT.

There is no course called MBA HR in BIMTECH. There are only 4 courses
1) General/Core
2) International Business
3) Insurance Business Management
4) Retail Management
It is after taking the PGDM General/Core, you can choose HR as your specialization later.
