Can i get a call from any of the IIMs with a score of 96.6?

You can get calls from few of the IIMs. Also, if you are not from general category, you may get calls from most of them.

With 96.6 percentile it is difficult to get calls from old IIMS. However you can expect calls from new IIMs. Also if you have excellent academic record in 10th,12th and UG, you might get calls from old IIMs.
