    Dear,
Various factors are taken into consideration by the institute for a call. Hence, it is an overall profile based call.

For most of these colleges, you have to go through a GDPI process. Colleges will take your profile as well as your performance in GDPI then accordingly they will make a decision to select you. So, focus on your GDPI.

You stand a fair chance of getting a call from Welingkar as they consider an overall score of GDPI, academics and percentile. You have work experience as well so that is an added advantage for you. Welingkar is better than any other institute as they offer a lot of opportunities, many foreign companies come for placements and also there are a lot of student exchange programmes.

Yes, it should not be hard for you to get admission to the University of Western Australia as an Indian student with 50% in class 12th. However, please note that it does not put you in the top applicants either. The general admission percentage requirement for international students is 50 to 65%.

Look at the other admission requirements -

  • English proficiency tests with IELTS (bands 6.5) or TOEFL iBT (82+)
  • High school Diploma from a recognised board like CBSE or ICSE etc.

Countries like Germany and Norway are excellent options. Because public universities there charge little to no tuition fees.  The cost of living and education is significantly lower compared to the USA or UK. You must factor in living expenses and language requirements.
