Can I get a call from IIM A, B, C if I score 97 percentile in CAT? I am from economics background.

My profile: 10th-95%, 12th-92.8% and graduation-75% till 4th semester.

Hi Harshita, Congratulations on scoring 97 Percentile in CAT. I would say that there are chances for you to get a call. Also you have a strong score in past academic years. Hope for the best and also try out for other institutes along with IIM. Good Luck Mate.

That completely depends on your profile, but yes chances are high to get a call from top three institutes.

Yes. IIMB does require the CAT exam, but the rest of the top B-schools in Bangalore also take in candidates through the state-level CET, ie, the Karnataka PGCET exam, or through MAT or CMAT.

IIM Calcutta has only mentioned accepting GMAT score for admission into EMBA courses.

However, CAT is commonly accepted by other similar institutes for both MBA and MBAEx courses. Thus, candidates are advised to ask admission desk for confirmation on this question.
