Can I get a call from IIM? I have scored in class 10th: 88.92%, 12th: 78.77% and graduation: 59.73% with 1.3 years of experience.

Yes you can. You will have to score really good in CAT. Your previous academic performance puts you in second half of all the applicants and hence you are disadvantaged in terms of that. To compensate for the same you will have to score more than 99.5 - 99.7 percentile in CAT to get a call from IIM. My advice is that you prepare really well.
