Can I get a call from this college with 83 percentile in CAT along with 91% in 10th, 74% in 12th & 85% in the final year of my graduation?

Cut-off changes every year. Last year's cut-off is as follows:-
CAT -86 percentile, CMAT -96 percentile and XAT - 78 percentile.

Considering a slight chance, I would suggest you to apply. There are chances but not sure.
There are chances through CMAT and XAT also. -
