The CAT 2016 cut-off percentile for National Insurance Academy is 60 for candidates belonging to the NC - OBC category. The candidate must have also achieved 50% in graduation. Depending on the conversion method used by your institution to convert CGPA to percentage, if your CGPA of 6 gives you a percentage above 50, then you can get a call from NIA. You have certainly crossed the cut off percentile requirement in CAT and you would have met the eligibility criteria for graduation as well.
