Can I get a call with 75 percentile in CAT, 63% in graduation, 70% in XII & 87% in X? I have a year gap after 12th & 2-years gap after grad.

You have moderate chances of getting a call.
Rest all depends upon how well you explain about gap years in your GD/PI round after getting a call. -
You have less chances of getting a call. Make a good SOP for getting a chance of shortlisting.
