You have a decent academic background and you have fair well in your entrance exams, prepare well for your GD PI.

With this percentile in CAT, I don't think, you will get a good college. I think you should try hard and give the next attempt and get 95-100 percentile then you can get a good college for MBA or you can go in high fee private colleges.
