SIES is a unique institute. Its unique because it doesn't market itself like others do and is traditionally deeply rooted (It has a huge temple right inside the campus). Trust is so filthy rich that money is never a consideration for them to run this institute.
Now coming to specific points:-
1. Its a very old institute hence has a early mover advantage
2. Faculty is quite experienced and every Saturday you have corporate interactive session where people from different industries comes and delivery lectures for students.

We have people over here with even 4 years of experience. So, it is totally worth to do an MBA from SIESCOMS unless you are getting a drop and preparing again for all exams. The placements for marketing is above average. The lowest package is about Rs. 4.5 LPA for marketing while the highest is Rs 14 LPA. -
