Hi Atinder, you can apply for the visa after you have the admission offer. So first you check if you are eligible to apply to any university. Your IELTS is good but what about your B.Tech scores?

Try colleges under SPP scheme. Other universities typically require around 75%. You will find many good SPP colleges like Thompson Rivers University, Humber College, etc.
