Can I get a certificate of Diploma in Sewing Machine Mechanic from ALT Training College without any training?

Asked about ALT Training College - Diploma in Sewing Machine Mechanic

I am working as a sewing machine mechanic in Saudi Arabia from last 7 years. Have good knowledge about repairing. Recently according to law here , I have to show a technical education certificate over here in order to continue working. Please can you help me. I have 3 kids.
