Can I get a chance in PG civil courses without giving SRMJEE PG exam?
I qualified GATE 2018 civil with 32.14 marks and my AIR 14550.

Yes, you can apply directly with the GATE score. It's not mandatory to go with JEE. If you have a good score in GATE then there nothing to worry.
