Can I get a college in Delhi with a rank of 41576 in JEE Mains paper-1 in 2017?
I am a general category candidate from outside Delhi.

No, you cannot get DU campus for engineering. By this rank, you can get another good college by this rank. Or, you can wait for the next year to get Delhi University campus for B.Tech.
