Can I get a college transfer with the same course in a university abroad? I'm pursuing my BE ECE in a Anna University's affiliated college.

My college has no tie-ups with the universities for students exchange.

Yes it's very much possible and most colleges in the US and Canada would accept a transfer. All the universities would have slightly different requirements and you can start off by researching a little. You will need to take TOEFL or IELTS. I also recommend that you take SAT or ACT.

    Dear,
I'm assuming you in getting into next year of the same course. Yes, lot of universities abroad offer lateral entry to students. European universities are known for it. You need to score a 6.0 on IELTS.
    I hope this helps.

    Hello,
If your university or college has some tie up with foreign university then perhaps, you can seek transfer since in this case syllabus would be same. Fundamentally, it's question of equivalence of syllabus that matters most.
