By Dcet I am assuming you are talking about Karnataka diploma CET. with 14,901 some of the colleges where you can get CSE in general category are : Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology Bangalore, Islamia Institute of Technology Bangalore, M V J College of Engineering Bangalore, Ghousia Engineering
