Can I get a decent engineering branch in any NIT with 105 marks in JEE Mains and 13th OBC rank?

Though, you have a decent category rank, I would suggest you to try for MANIT CSE, or MVNIT, Jaipur with EEE or mechanical. You will not get the top 4 NIT's but try hard for IIIT's. Use college predictor to get a better Idea. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.
