Can I get a degree course via NEET in a government college with 396 marks in NEET 2023?

    Your score is not good enough for you to get a government college but you can still try to get a private one. You can only get into a deemed university/college with higher fee margins (18lakh+ pa) and that too in the final mop up round (manual round) if at all you get.
