Hello, From 1st of December, forms are available on the official website of JEE Mains. You must have a recent photo in which date is mentioned, Aadhar Card, Application fee at the time of form filing. Your DOB is more than 1st Oct 1993. Student must passed class 12th in 2016, 2017 or appearing in 20
