Can I get a free MBBS seat with 196000 rank and with ST category via NEET 2022?

There is no concept of a free seat for undergraduate MBBS medical courses; instead, candidates can get admission in top government colleges. Most of the top government colleges where MBBS fees are comparatively low offer admission on the basis of NEET UG. The seats are filled through the All-India quota and the state quota, and there is also a provision for government quota seats in private colleges. The reservation is applicable according to government rules; hence, you can get admission into an affordable medical college for MBBS if your rank is under 40,000. However, on the basis of previous year's trends, you might not get admission to a government or semi-government medical college with a 1,96,000 rank in the ST category. You may get a government quota seat depending on your state and college cutoff.
