    It is unlikely that you will get a free seat for CSE with an EAMCET rank of 130624. The cutoff rank for a free seat in CSE in Telangana in 2022 was 3,500. This means that you would need to score at least 1000 marks in EAMCET to be eligible for a free seat in CSE. However, the cutoffs can vary from year to year, so it is possible that you could get a seat if the cutoffs are lower in 2023.

    Here are some factors that could affect your chances of getting a free seat in CSE:

    * Your caste/category: If you belong to a reserved category, you will have a higher chance of getting a seat than if you are from a general category.

    * Your EAMCET score:

    It is not possible for you to get free seat in any of the colleges with this rank, you can get in the regular seat in the college you are eligible. it can be definitely estimated that your Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank is perfectly suitable for your desired stream (CSE).
