Can I get a free seat for MS in Germany? Which exam do I need to write to get a free seat?
I've finished my BE in electrical with an aggregate 55%.

There is nothing called as free in this world. Everything comes with a price tag. If you have 90% in your under graduation course then the admission process will be smoother than you thought. Plus you might just get some fees concession too. To know more details and requirements of different univers
