Can I get a free seat in Andhra University?

<p>There is no provision for free admission at Andhra University but eligible candidates can avail of scholarships in certain categories through which they can get tuition fee waivers based on which they can pursue their programme without or less amount of tuition fee. To avail of those scholarships candidates must qualify for the specified entrance exams conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. Given below are some of the scholarships provided to students at Andhra University:</p><ul><li>Tribal Welfare Scholarships &amp; Merit Social Welfare Scholarships</li><li>Scholarships offered by AICTE/ UGC to GATE-qualified candidates</li><li>BTH Scholarships</li><li>Jnanabhumi Post Metric and Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Department scholarships.</li></ul>
