Can I get a free seat in Mysore University for M.Sc in chemistry?

I did B.Sc in physics, chemistry and mathematics in the year 2011-2014. But, I am poor in maths and I failed in mathematics in 5th semester (Nov-Dec 2013). I have cleared my backlog subject, i.e. maths in Nov.-Dec. 2017-18. I scored 54.66 aggregate in PCM.
