Can I get a good college based on my jJEE Mains or JEE Advanced score of 36 and 46 respectively?

I got 82% in my 12th standard and I belong to SC category.

    As per your marks your, you are not qualified to take JEE Advanced exam, but as per your JEE Mains marks, you can get an average college. It will be hard to get a good NIT. Try for CSE in Bangalore's private colleges because it will be better than some low-grade NIT.
