Can I get a good college for B.Sc in physics with 92%?

You have scored good marks. You can easily get admission in a good college.

Yes, with 92%, you can end up in good colleges but not in the best ones of the country. But to be frank, the college from which you are doing your B.Sc degree doesn't matter much because the degree doesn't have much value in today's world. M.Sc and Ph.D degrees have much worth. So, don't worry too much. I would say get into the best college as per you percentage, work hard and then aim to do the Master's degree from the best colleges/institutes of the country.
