Can I get a good college for engineering if I have low scores in 12th?

I have completed my 12th and have cleared JEE Mains and got selected for JEE Advance.

    If you have proceeded for JEE Advance, then percentage won't be an issue to get into IIT but getting in a good college based on JEE Main can cause some issue because 40% weightage is given to 12th marks
