Can I get a good college in Delhi and NCR for BBA with 70% in HSC?

I have failed in maths in class 12th.

    No, you have to clear your 12th exams before getting into the admission because no one will accept you for the graduation until you cross the barrier of 12.

    Yes, you can. First of all clear all your backlogs. You need to appear for certain exams of MBA such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
