Can I get a good college in Pune for B.Tech as I have score 39 in JEE Mains and 70% in CBSE boards?

I am interested in computer field.

    Surely you will get a good college.
    My suggestion is to go for BVP or MIT or D.Y. Patil
    You will get admission there as counseling is going on nowadays.

    Yes, you will get any of the Sinhgad Institutes and there are many good colleges for you in Pune.

    You can go for Top private university in Pune, just because the admissions process is done through the university exam. Perform your best there and get admissions.
