You can definitely take admission in a good university offering scholarship. But your JEE score is very less due to which good universities like LPU, Manipal, SRM, etc. Will not admit you. You can try for their entrance tests or check their criteria for direct admission as you have good percentage in 12th apt for direct admission. Some of them also offer good scholarships to students thus making quality education affordable to all. They have made a good name for themselves in the field of placements too. Check their websites for more details.
