Hi AYUSH With rank of 355089 in OBC, There might be some possibility in newer NITS. Looks difficult for old and reputed NITS and all IITs. I suggest you to go in for reputed private institutions like LPU which have great placement and raining records. However for LPU, you might have to write LPU NES
