Can I get a good company after doing B.Tech in mechanical engineering? I have got 56% in 12th.

Think about studies. How will you handle the course during course period. Job will come when it has to come. Just complete your B.Tech without any back papers and you will be recruited in a good company. It's not just good marks a employer needs. An employer looks for an skilled person.
